Challenge: Stand out in a saturated market of investing/trading apps.
Insight: The typical retail trader is overwhelmed by opportunities. With opportunities come confusion and uncertainty - macroeconomic volatility (tariffs, Fed announcements, market fluctuations etc), promotional gimmicks, stock tips promoted on Reddit forums and ‘gurus’. Plus500 is well-equipped to provide traders with clarity in chaos.

‘Blur like sotong’ is a colloquial mix of English and Malay that translates as ‘blur like a squid’, meaning ‘confused’.
‘Prata’ is a popular local breakfast ‘pancake’ of Southern Indian origin.
As a retail trader myself, I couldn’t resist sneaking in trader lingo (rocket emojis 🚀🚀🚀, to the moon 🌕, YOLO, Fibonacci charts etc).
